Yes. We can ship via UPS or FedEx on request, but we would not be able to use your account. Please contact us after you have placed your order and request for this shipping arrangement, and we will gladly provide you with an expedited shipping quote.
After you have placed your order, our customer support staff would normally confirm and put your order within 48 hours. Within the 48 hours, we allow you to contact us via email or by phone to make any changes to your case. After the initial 48 hours, we cannot guarantee or honor any change requests, as our intention is to put your order into production as soon as possible to prevent any further delay in production on your case.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel that we cannot fulfill all your requirements or if the requirements exceed standard protocol, but we would always communicate the cancellation with you over email and/or phone.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order should payment not be received within 5 business days.
Should an order also go un-responded to then we reserve the right to cancel the order within 7 business days. At this time the order would need to be placed again.
