  1. Does this case allow you to use a wireless charger without having to remove the phone from the case?

    1. Yes, you will be able continue to charge wirelessly with our leather case installed on your phone.

  2. Do you offer discounts for volume purchases?

    1. Yes, we do. Please contact us at [email protected] and tell us your purchase intent and quantity of purchase, we will gladly volume pricing.

  3. I have a Wallet/Purse that has been discontinued, are you able to reconstruct it?

    1. For the most part, YES! we would be able to reconstruct most wallets and purses. The best way to find out is to submit photos of the items you wish to recreate (front, back, side, interior, and any additional details) to [email protected] . Our Production team will review it and get back to you with the proper information.

      Please do note that we would merely be referencing your item in question and build one similar to it, as we are not in the business of duplicating, copying or cloning others' leather goods.

  4. My order isn't what i expected, what should i do?

    1. For all custom orders, unfortunately we would not be able to take back the custom-made item, as they are individually handcrafted to your specifications. Please understand that prior to making your purchase, note that actual leather colors will always have a slight variation of what you see on your computer monitor. Furthermore please always double-check and triple-check you have selected the right colors and configuration prior to checking out. You have 3-days to make changes after you place your order.

      If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund.

      For ready-to-ship items, we will accept returns or exchanges within the 30 day of your purchase. your return must be in its original condition and unused. Please contact us prior to shipping anything back, as items returned without a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number will be rejected and unprocessed.

  5. What is your shipping address?

  6. What are the leather care instructions?

    1. For regular maintenance a dab of sunflower /vegetable oil, or any off-the-shelf leather conditioner, on a dry, clean sponge or cloth rubbed over the bag evenly will work to re-oil the leather and also protects the leather from cracking as well as sealing the leather for mild weather resistance.

      Please do not use water or rough surface fabric to rub over the leather goods.

  7. Are your leather goods durable and high quality?

    1. This is a very subjective question.

      We do stand 100% behind our products. We offer a variety of different customizable options such as leather types and product configurations, so you should be able to find a configuration that you will deem high quality and durable.

      Please contact us and tell us about your requirements if you are uncertain of the leather type you should choose or the right product configuration you should go with so that you can purchase with confidence.

  8. Can i buy additional hand straps or shoulder straps or add to my piece later on?

    1. If your original order had add-ons added, we would be able to produce additional add-ons on request. For example, if your original leather case had a hand strap attached to it, and later on you decide to order a new hand strap, we would be able to do so for you.

      If your original order didn't have any add-ons, we wouldn't be able to produce additional hand straps or shoulder straps, as the cases would not have the required d-rings sewn into the leather goods for the add-ons to be attached to.

  9. Will you stamp anything on a piece?

    1. We can stamp most things but not everything! we reserve the right to cancel orders with customization requests that contain profanity or inappropriate language. we will contact you if we aren't able to complete your order.

      Please note that we cannot stamp photos, color images, trademarked and copyrighted logos.

  10. Where do you stamp my name on the leather goods? Can I specify where I want my name stamped?

    1. When you go though the custom design process, you will be informed of where the default stamping location will be positioned on the product. If you should desire to have the stamping be placed elsewhere, please specify this in the Special Request section as you go through the customization process.
