We are barely one month into 2012 and rumors of the iPad 3 are heating up. As with all Apple products, the question isn't so much if as it is when. When can we expect the latest tablet, and what exactly will be getting? There are many rumors about the features and upgrades coming, but here are a few you should know: Most sources predict the iPad 3 will be released sometime in the next six to eight week, as the previous generations of iPads were released in March and April. Others believe the iPad 3 may be released to celebrate Steve Jobs birthday (February 24), but as that is only three weeks away, it seems rather unlikely. One of the biggest physical modifications expected is the introduction of an HD camera. Everyone expects the iPad 3's camera to be larger and more powerful, yet still lack the LED flash of the iPhone 4S. Siri is coming. All the things you love (and hate) about Apple's latest technology will now be available for the iPad. There is also much speculation that the iPad will support 4G LTE. Some say all iPad 3's will have this support, while others think there will be different models with varying levels of support.
But overall, most aren't expecting major changes with the iPad 3, at least no major physical changes. Much like the iPhone 4S, it seems the most upgrades will involve the actual technology of the product.
