It was a surprise when Apple released the New iPad without Siri. Now we may know why. According to the Law Blog at the Wall Street Journal, there is a man in New York suing Apple for false advertising - specifically, for misleading and deceptive advertisements pertaining to Siri. And in case you haven't seen any of the commercials: If you or someone you know has an iPhone 4S, you probably know that Siri isn't quite that convenient. And sometimes, it is downright obnoxious. There is even a website dedicated to the errors of Siri. The lawsuit was filed last week, so this fight has just begun. It will be interesting to see how this one turns out.
