Shipping Information
We ship domestic via USPS with optional expedited shipping via FedEx. Shipping is free on orders over $100 worldwide.
International shipping via USPS International or FedEx, at our shipping team's discretion unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Return Policy
Customer has 3 calendar days from the time the order is placed to make any changes or cancel it. After the 3-day grace period the order will be processed for production. There is absolutely no cancellation
after the 3-day grace period.
NOTE: All of our custom cases are made to order and undergo an extensive process. As such they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions will only be taken into consideration if the product defect is a direct result of manufacturing.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of this item, we understand it's a long wait, but we are taking our time to make it the best it can be. We appreciate your patience and we guarantee you will appreciate the craftsmanship of our product.

Made-to-order production is a cornerstone of our commitment to sustainability. By crafting each piece only when it's ordered, we eliminate the waste inherent in traditional manufacturing. There are no excess products destined for landfills, no overstocked warehouses, and no need for clearance sales to offload unwanted inventory.
This conscious approach ensures that resources are used efficiently and that every Story Leather creation is made with purpose.

What is considered a custom order?
When you are picking and choosing leather colors and adding personalization, this is considered as a custom order. As each leather is individually cut to your specifications.
Can I return the item if I don't like it?
Since custom orders are individually handcrafted to spec, with our without personalization, we do not accept returns on them. But we trust that you will appreciate the craftsmanship on the leather goods.
Can I supply my own leather?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept customer-supplied leather for liability and production reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I don't see what I want, can you make something specific for me?
This depends on the item. Please contact us at cs@storyleather.com and our team will ask for photos of what you have in mind and offer suggestions or pricing if it's something we can do.
Do you ship International?
Yes, we ship everywhere FedEx or USPS delivers.
